No, the PawaMini comes fully charged and ready to use.

Do I need any wires or cables to use a PawaMini?
No, the PawaMini plugs directly into your device, no additional hardware is required.

Is the PawaMini compatible with all devices?
PawaMini can be used with any rechargeable device with a Lightning, Micro-USB, or USB Type C port. It will work on Android Mobile or iOS Phones.

Is the PawaMini compatible with my mobile phone case?
PawaMini should work with most phone cases.

How long will it take for my device to charge?
Once plugged in, PawaMini will begin to charge your device. Charging time will depend on usage while being charged.

How much charge should I expect from a PawaMini?
Depending on usage, the PawaMini should recharge most phone batteries from 40% to 70%.

What is the shelf life of an unopened PawaMini?
An unopened PawaMini has a 3-year shelf life if stored in a dry, normal climate environment.

How do you operate a PawaMini?
Open the plastic sleeve and plug the PawaMini into your device. If it is a dual port then plug in with proper side facing up.

How do I know if my PawaMini is working?
A green light will appear in the top corner of the PawaMini when it is charging your device.

Can I reuse a PawaMini?
If you are satisfied with the charge level of your device and the green light remains on, unplug the PawaMini from your device, and store it for future use. The green light signifies that the PawaMini battery still has charge.

Can a PawaMini be recharged?
When the PawaMini is plugged into your device and the green light no longer appears, the PawaMini is empty and should be properly disposed. The outer shell is biodegradable and can be put into most paper recycle bins or compost. The battery can be recycled. A PawaMini cannot be recharged.

Can I customize a PawaMini with my brand?
Please contact us directly and we can help you customize one side of the PawaMini with your brand. This makes a great SWAG item for conferences and events as a very useful branded giveaway.

SHIPPING.
When will I receive my online order from pawamini.com? Most orders placed online ship out over the next business day and will arrive within 5-8 business days.

What if my PawaMini arrives damaged or defective?
In the unlikely event that your PawaMini is defective, please contact PawaMini Customer Support within 30 days of purchase. For more information please contact support@pawamini.com with your order number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS. (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS. (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@pawamini.com with your order number.

SALE ITEMS. (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

RETURNING YOUR PAWAMINI To return your product, you should mail your product to: PawaBox Sales Group, LLC 6555 S. Kenton St. #302 Centennial, CO 80111 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
